• 3D tour Many home buyers struggle to know what your floor plan is and my Matterport 3D tour allows buyers to walk through your house online and view a 3D blue print of your home (on the "dollhouse" view).  My photographer also creates a floor plan of your home.

• Home staging consultation  Many home owners do not realize how personalized their home has become over the years.  My home stager will give you a 1-2 hour consultation on what should be cleared, updated, or moved around before pictures and video are taken.  If you would like to take advantage of this, schedule your consultation 2-3 days before you have pictures taken.
